An Interview with Famous "Ghost Hunter" Hans Holzer

Every time I see an image of a ghost, goblin or Halloween witch I feel frustrated that we raise our children to think that disembodied spirits are scary and to view witches as evil.

Any student of metaphysics knows that there is a world of helpers "on the other side," and this includes those who have "passed over." They aid us, guide us, commune with us and, occasionally, annoy us. However, just because they happen to be dead, doesn’t mean they are "ghosts."

As for witches, you will find those who are over the top or very dramatic about their beliefs, as in any spiritual practice or religion. But most witches are typically regular folks, who are connected deeply to nature, the earth, the heavens, divine source and their own creative spiritual spark and spiritual craft. One of the reasons witches are lumped in with ghosts and goblins for Halloween is that many of the people who practice the craft also believe the veil between the worlds is very thin on Halloween; it is a very special time of communing with and honoring our dead. It’s also easier to see into the future.

October 31 ~ Halloween

Although the west knows October 31 as Halloween, the pagan holiday is called Samhain (pronounced "sow-when"). When Celtic Christianity took hold in the lands once governed by pagan ways, many of the old holidays were adapted. Samhain became Halloween. It is celebrated as "All Soul’s Day" in the Catholic Church.

Today, even Mattel has created a "Secret Spell" Barbie to honor witches, and contacting the dead is practically an American sport, with books and TV shows like John Edward’s "Crossing Over" growing in popularity and media mediums like Silvia Browne often spotted slinging insights from the other side on Larry King and Montel Williams.

My Interview with Expert on Ghosts

A few years ago, I had the privilege of interviewing famous "ghost-buster" Dr. Hans Holzer. The author of multiple books on the topic of disembodied spirits - those that know they are dead and those that don’t (ghosts) - Holzer has had amazing experiences testing the existence of ghosts and helping many of them "go home" when they get trapped in between the worlds. Obviously, his experience of things that go bump in the night transcends popular images of Casper and Halloween haunting.

In fact, he speaks of ghosts and other spirit entities as if they are real people, like you and I, who are simply headed for, or living in, a different dimension. He shared with me his rather expansive understanding of the nature of spirit friends. With the world’s most noted counselor to the disembodied spirits, sitting around telling ghost stories takes on new meaning.

"I’m a scientist and this does not mean ‘to know,’ it means ‘to quest for knowledge,’ " he clarifies. "It’s never finite. It always keeps changing and moving and you learn new things. But you do have to have standards. And scientific standards preclude me from accepting some of these fantasies."

"The other side tends to confirm what most religions teach," says Holzer. "If it weren’t for the facts of parapsychology, religion wouldn’t have a leg to stand on. Religion takes some of the evidence, which we know in parapsychology, and uses it for its own end–to distort the truth, to get people to obey. I’m not against organized religion, but spirituality is not religious; spirituality is a way of life. You don’t need intermediaries for that."

Rev. Laurie Sue: Do you believe in ghosts?

Hans Holzer: I don’t believe in anything. Belief is the uncritical acceptance of something you can’t prove. I work on evidence; I either know or I don’t know. There are three dirty words in my vocabulary: belief, disbelief and supernatural. They don’t exist. There’s no "supernatural world." Everything that exists is natural. Yet there is a dimension of existence that is as real as your living room, even if the average person cannot access it with all their senses? I coined the phrase "the other side" because it really is the other side, like one side of the mirror. The spirit world, or "the world next door," as Eileen Garrett called it, is not up or down. It is here, moving at a different rate of speed. And the dimension into which we all pass–except ghosts, because they can’t get into it until they are liberated from their compulsions–is concentric with this dimension. It exists in the same special area, but because it’s strung out further, it does not clash with the thicker atmosphere, the thicker dimension, in which we exist.

LSB: What’s "the other side" like?

Everything we have here, they have over there. This is a duplicate of this world except over there the purpose is to develop the personality from the negative to the positive, or to give them assignments or to send them down for some more education.

LSB: What is the difference between a ghost and a spirit?

We are all spirit. When we pass on, we simply get rid of the outer layer and, underneath, there really is a duplicate layer. This inner body - like an inner tube of a tire - is where our personality resides. At death the physical body is worn out and dissolved, so the inner body is where we live. So we need to have an atmosphere, a dimension, that fits this inner body and that’s the world of spirit, or the etheric world. The etheric world is all around us. At death, we ride out into that world and we are right there. That’s our normal transition. However, once in a while something goes wrong when somebody passes from the physical state.

LSB: What turns them into a ghost?

The death is not smooth. When there is trauma–an unacceptable accident or shock or surprise - this will, in some cases, cause the personality to go into a state of psychotic shock. In that state of shock they are not aware that they’ve passed on. They are confused as to their real status, because they can see everybody and no body seems to be able to see them. That’s what a ghost is, somebody who’s gotten stuck in the physical world but is not part of the physical world. And they become panic stricken for attention and eventually they do things to get attention, like moving objects, creating noises. This is not to frighten people, they’re just attention getters.

LSB: But not everything that goes bump in the night is a ghost?

It’s the exception, rather than the normal transition. I have found that about 75 to 80 percent of the sightings or auditory phenomena are not really people stuck in our atmosphere, but replays from the past; like an imprint on the atmosphere. It’s a psychic imprint; an imprint on the atmosphere, which is energy like a television picture that is stuck in time. To the average person it looks exactly the same as a ghost. Even some mediums can’t tell the difference. But if phenomena are observed exactly alike at the same time in the same place and a number of witnesses have reported identical experiences, then you probably have an imprint. If, from different witnesses, you have reports saying there’s a variation in what the ghost entity is doing, then it’s a real person. That’s the only way you can tell one from the other.

LSB: How are they different from ghosts who crave attention?

The ghost personality is generally in various stages of psychotic condition–otherwise they would move on. The stay behind is someone who lived in one place for a very long time, and usually dies a gentle death; they just fall asleep, no violence, no pain. They are unused to any other place, partially because their religious belief has primed them to believe Hosanna with angels wings on their back, or in some cases, fellows in red underwear with pitch forks, would take them away. Low and behold, at death, they’re still where they were before. The physical body isn’t there - but there’s a body and they see themselves, so they stay put. That’s why people go to the funeral of Aunt Minnie, come back and there she is in her usual chair.

LSB: You made a distinction between a ghost and a spirit. Is there a distinction between a spirit and a soul?

No. The soul is the spirit. The soul is the personality. The soul is energy that manifests through and resides in an etheric body. This energy field, which is us, is what the church calls the soul and what the spiritually inclined people call the spirit. Popular culture has offered a few glimpses into the other side. In the movie "Ghost" we saw a spirit shocked out of his skin, yet determined to finish some business.

LSB: In your opinion, was it an accurate portrayal?

Everything was correct except for that last scene–which is Hollywood–where the furies come and get the bad guy. It doesn’t work that way. There are no furies, there is no hell. There is only that which you bring with you to the other side. But movies are fantasy. This is real.

LSB: So we do bring our baggage with us at death?

When you pass on you take your memories with you. And if your life has been negative or a destructive one, you will have to go to school, so to speak, and the next time around you will have a chance to confront some of those issues again. That’s the whole idea behind reincarnation. I did a lot of work on reincarnation for Life Beyond (Contemporary Books). I have no doubts whatsoever it exists for everybody.

LSB: Yet in between gigs in human form, can our beloved relatives communicate from the other side without being ghosts?

It’s very common. Unfortunately, our culture teaches people that it is not possible, there is nothing out there, yet when somebody passes on, the first thing when they arrive on the other side is they want to let their loved ones know that they are still alive and that they are well and they are happy being with other loved ones. There is touching and cases where they feel the person. Yes. Oh, all of this is very possible.

The Third Eye and Etheric Vision

The Third eye has been the enigmatical organ of universal mythology thru history.

It has been the eye of Horus the Egyptian god, the poised snake of the Caduceus, it has been the Horn of the Unicorn it has also been the biblical eye of "if thine eye be single thy whole body shall be full of light"

We are talking about our true inner vision our third eye also our main spiritual organ for Clairvoyance "(Clairvoyance) means Clear Seeing" It is also written in ancient texts that each of the main Chakra’s of the body are windows of the soul and we can see thru any or all, Chakra’s are vortex’s of spiritual or etheric energy, clairvoyantly they look like followers that are full of light and spin. I will cover Chakra’s in another article.

The main organ of vision is slightly higher up on the forehead between the main two eyes. Located above/within the forehead termed the one inch square, the main Chakra also known on the forehead is Ajna chakra with two petals.

A Vortex of energy is formed from the three top higher chakras, The Top of the head "The thousand petal lotus" The Brow center the Ajna and the throat chakra the Alta Major (the throat is also the center of Clairaudience "Clear Hearing" The energy of these three overlap each other forming a vortex of energy which in turn becomes a focal point of ATMA, BUDDHI and MANAS energy’s. These create a lens, an eye for psychic reception and emission. From the source of creation thru the Sutratma a permanent atom is placed is each of the higher triad of the ATMA, BUDDHI and MANAS planes, simply put creates a stable path and link to higher energies that link to the soul to stable energy that keeps the higher centers activated and switched on ready to use. The flow then penetrates deeper into the Metal, Astral and Physical the materials in the sub planes then forms a new body of light/power and awareness, which then becomes permanent in each incarnation.

From experience I can say when working with charged balanced vortex the vision you see is clearer than with your eyes, there is nothing wispy or vague about it! is pin sharp and some. (Unstable energies cause a brief view as the metaphysical batteries soon drain and the field of energy collapse shutting down the vision) The etheric Vision is also 360 degree, I have experimented with this fact and proved to myself that this is the case, I see some times a spirit walk behind me and see it the same as if they had walked in front of my physical eyes, Also in my Meditation time I have waved my hand around the back of my head, under my chin and above my head and seen my hand. It’s quite something.

 I can’t really describe it. Many times I jump out with my vision to another location faster than I can think, its instant, I see as clear as I would if I was standing there, This I have found has been triggered by a noise such as a heater clicking on or a car outside whilst in a meditate state, I have a loose etheric body anyway, its needed to do this kind of work, when you have a loose etheric your consciousness move out with it, simply you are aware of your inner bodies senses, as you may know the inner body’s are of a much finer substance and can move at any distance in a blink, it’s the same when you are in the spirit world, a million miles is only a thought away.

The Physical organs of the body associated with the third eye are the "Pineal, Piturity and Carotid bodies" these can be likened to Batteries for a torch as an Analogy. Although the body has 7 major chakras it also has hundreds of other energy points "Chakras" also associated with Meridian points in the body. The human body requires a great deal of energy, whilst food is a building block for the construct of our body’s and basic energy, it is far from enough, the etheric body is like an energy transformer and is our main source of energy! don’t believe me try not sleeping for a week! The reason we need sleep at night is we charge and heal with spiritual energies, anyone that has been ill or in hospital knows that no amount of medication compares to good sleep. Asleep the etheric body in most people hover a few feet above the body, other advanced souls go traveling the astral planes. It is also a reason for paralysis if the etheric is out of the physical body you cannot move!

The etheric body is the interface of the spirit to manipulate the body. (We are spirit first and always) This is also how anesthetic works it pushes out the etheric body. Basically as it makes the body un-inhabitable/unusable.

Underlying the Pineal, Piturity and Carotid bodies are chakras energy centers, when in balance and fully charged they create this third eye. The energy is three fold and spiritual in nature it flows from the casual body which is the container of consciousness housing the soul. These energies flow into the aura and higher triad from the ATAMA, BUDDHI and MANAS planes. they have no form only Quality for the true nature of the soul is quality or resonance a higher or lower frequency depending on your spiritual evolution and efforts.

It is also important to understand the Third eye is not the same as etheric vision as the etheric body and astral body’s have their own organs of vision and senses at a much more pure and heightened state. All inner and spiritual bodies are always connected to the body and Overlay Visual images or senses the same as physical senses do when we are using our day to day body, (being aware of these energies is to do with where your consciousness is at that point, if you are involved in worldly tasks you are using your body’s senses, if you like a medium (say I am tuning in or making a link they are shifting their awareness/consciousness into their higher bodies senses, it is also a reason why remote readings are possible, in spirit there are no limitations to distance or time).

There is always a Cord connecting the Etheric or higher bodies back to the physical even if you are the other side of the universe or within many of the astral worlds and kingdoms. Any problems in the Physical and Instantly you fire back into your body faster than light, You may have felt this many times when you Jolt in bed it’s like landing with a bump it can be quite a shock, I have been pulled back a few times and even been aware that my body had a problem and had to go back, finding I was not breathing correctly due to an infection, cold or laying on a crystal left in the bed etc.

People say what if I can’t come back, remember you are always connected. If and it doesn’t happen! that cord brakes you will not come back and be effectively dead. It never happens so don’t program a sub conscious fear about it happening it won’t.

A very common question I am asked is do we all have the ability to develop? Absolutely! As much as we are all human and have similar physical form of eyes, legs, feet, arms, ears etc So do we all have the basic Spiritual Organs and constructs, So why have some people more ability that others? that is easy to answer, they at some point in past life times have focused on spiritual development, attended training temples or served spiritually is some way, specifically trained to open there inner vision or hearing. When the spiritual bodies and chakras are developed and open they remain open, unless there is a specific reason in an incarnation they are closed so that a soul may focus on a more material life lesson. The main higher spiritual etheric body is the building template for the construct of the spiritual bodies the same as the physical body has DNA to construct the physical form, this is the same body in each incarnation it remains with us thru our path of the soul.

Say 1000 years ago you opened up your inner vision and worked on the emotional body the body of desire the astral body, Then 300 years later you worked on your Mental bodies refining and developing them each adds to the Stored memory as each life passes and each incarnation. Much like the Soul which is the total Sum of all of your experiences since your life started from the source. As you stand today all your dislikes and likes are a sum total of many thousands of years. But then again much depends on how well your soul is integrated into your personality. There is a matrix blue print that creates and forms your body, this is the same in each life. but the form and DNA are modified by your own personal elemental and is instructed by the lords of Karma.

Generally the soul makes a strong link with you at about 21 years old. Personally myn hit in two stages one at 13 and the other at 17, the more we develop the stronger the connection, This is also what is meant when we are told we have all the answers within, it is true, if you could see your soul and spiritual light it’s like looking at the sun. Its dazzling, breath taking, then you look at yourself in this life and realize we are but a small reflection of our true inner self. Spending our life battling with our child ego and suffering thru this inharmonious relationship until we finally take up mastership over ourselves.

The Personality that you experience and know as you, is a reflection of the soul a vast store of life experiences as well as time you spend in your true home in the spirit world, we spend far more time there than our brief time at the University call the Earth.

So the etheric body "Blue Print" is the sum total of all your development, spiritually. This is why some people where born with the gift with no training, People say you only have one life make the best of it, Good words of advice but technically wrong! 

So over many thousands of years of maybe working in temples, Initiations, Tests, or giving love, showing kindness our chakras become highly evolved spiritual senses/organs. What if you haven’t done all that? then you have to train and work on developing those skills. No different than a painter has to learn or a musician has to learn. The fastest path is here on earth that is why we are here! We are not challenged in our spirit home. You want a degree or mastership you attend University and have to work hard to pass with honors. it’s no different with life "This world is a university".

The Antakarana:

In the average man/woman these spiritual energies hardly flow but in spiritually developed people they are charged by this energy through the aura, thru a thread of energy, an umbilical cord call the Antakarana. Only in highly spiritually developed personalities dose this establish a stable connection and supply of energies to these main chakras. Often a reason why some mediums are hit and miss or have off days.

With discipline and training together these form an esoteric triangle of amazing potential which then works with the major rays of "Will and power, Love-Wisdom and Active Intelligence" this is only achieved by discipline known to Yogis and advanced occultists or those willing to learn. When balanced these cosmic forces create a blazing light in a cosmic fire illuminating all centers within the body. Some times referred to as the burning ground.

It is the eye of true inner vision and he/she who has opened this can not only see reality as it really is but control matter and energy! a path an initiate must someday master. See all things of the Eternal now and see into cause and effects in life, read the Akashic records, see clairvoyantly in its fullest form.

Many of my students often say I don’t see this or that, I know how to direct them, within a short time they can see. They simply don’t know how to use their inner vision as much as a child who is learning to walk, it has the ability but simply thru practice learns how to walk, in time like all of us we don’t even think about walking or how to, the same is of the inner Vision, you just look and not how to look.

On a personal note, some time back by accident I reached up to scratch my head and saw my arm with the hairs on it close up and very much in focus. In what looked like daylight, Ok so! Not bad considering I had a travel mask over my eyes, my eyes where shut and my room was in complete darkness at night with all blinds shut!

I subsequently noticed on many occasions when I moved my arms or hands in front of my head as above, eyes covered in a totally dark room (I do this for a very good reason as I see spiritual lights much like someone shining a torch and I want to exclude any chance of equipment lights or my eyes opening and seeing physical light) I could see movement, I can only describe it a much like Neo in the film the Matrix when he sees the construct of the matrix.

What I have noted is this Unlike Clairvoyance which comes and goes based on if you are working or not. This is switched on permanently it’s not as clear as normal clairvoyance or projected etheric vision, So far! but I am waiting  to see where it’s going. What I see is mainly is a dark background of a deep blue and when I move my hands I see like tiny little lights around the outer part of my hands or arms forming a shape of energy the corresponds to the form of my physical hands or arms. Even seeing minor Chakras in the hands and sometimes the flow of energy. It’s very hard to describe, but doing it feel quite natural, As above I have experimented with waving my hands above my head, behind and under my chin, Seeing in 360 degree is very odd indeed, but looking at it feels normal and natural.

I have done this over and over again and each time the results are more or less identical. I find after meditation my senses are more heightened and I see more detail. But so far it’s always there switch on.

Just to share with you some of the strange things I have seen: Once as I lay on my bed with my eyes shut drifting into the well know cognitive state of between worlds; In a flash A gateway with Hieroglyphs opened in my room where my wardrobe was, It was Stunning to look at and I was not yet asleep so consciously I saw this with mental clarity.

Other odd things like the Sun coming out in my room in the middle of the night. Large Screens appearing then dissolving again like some Hollywood special effect. Suddenly seeing into another room other than myn. As clear as you could possibly describe. Lightning storms in my bedroom, all of these are symptomatic of further development with the inner vision be it the third eye or etheric vision, It is more my change of perception and related energy than anything specific in nature such as contact or communications.

I Have to say some times when it all works and you see clearly into the spirit world from my own experience it is amazing! such wonderful beauty, breathtaking scenery, everything is so much more than we have here and I really say this from the heart, I hope all those that read this will some day if only a brief vision of the inner higher spiritual worlds see the splendor and heartfelt joy and shear privilege of seeing what awaits each soul. Just seeing it makes all the hard work and lessons in life all seem worth the hard work!

Mediumship is not an easy path by any stretch of the imagination!! it is not for everyone no more than we each have a part to play in life in as a cog in the machine. But developing your clairvoyant vision is not based on becoming a medium it is simply a natural part of who and what we are and is open to every soul.

It is a natural part of our evolution much like a child growing into adult life, it will happen to all be it now or in a 1000 years.

How soon you get there Unlike the human body growing into adult hood, is based on your efforts in life and how you think, treat others and the world as a whole inc the animal kingdom, How much you love, give, discipline the child ego and create good karma, how well you learn your lessons, Very important how you react to events and people.

Spiritual development is hard there are no two ways about it, It does not mean not having fun or meditating for 10 hours a day. It’s about opening your mind to the real truth, not being dragged down by society or manmade rules, it’s not about religion as that’s man made too mainly. That does not mean the teachings of love are incorrect as the pure message is just that pure and true. We all need to empower ourselves with Knowledge and Wisdom, and to not only know but to practice what we learn, what is a way for one is not always the way for another. The big word is effort it takes effort, Time, Discipline to train, And if you fail, like on a diet, say never mind, and carry on, no one is perfect all the time, as I said in my Karma Article if we were perfect we would not be here on earth.

So how do we develop our inner vision as well as other spiritual sensory skills?

As soon as we begin to accept the basics of Ancient Wisdom concerning the inner realities of man/woman’s soul we are faced with immense new concepts the whole of this knowledge places heavier burdens on the mind and calls for greater disciplines. Letting go of wrong belief systems and dogma.

We must face some of the basics and new concepts of:

All that you believe so far has been from experiences of society and preconceived ideas, which does not reflect the whole truth or even at best the basics of spiritual truths.

That the material world is an illusion it is real to us but in higher levels is Maya.

That we have a divine self.. a higher nature the inner reality of the soul.

That we our lower selves are asleep or at best only partly conscious.

That we have latent powers within us of undreamed of potential or at this stage even comprehension.

That we learn to break free from rebirth and suffering thru learning ancient wisdom.

Most of mankind spiritually speaking is still in Kinder Garden.

That we are ultimately responsible for our life and future as well as development.

We are co-creators in this world that our thoughts manifest into reality.

Regardless of our path so far we are still beings of light and great love it is the personality that gives the illusion that we are not!

The lower mind is responsible for holding us back, in darkness/ignorance; it is up to us to set our mind free.

It is hard work reaching a vague understanding of what these concepts imply and that the hard work in doing so Constitutes the struggle of the path because we have to do this work sooner or later whilst still living in the world and dealing with your personality, few can cope with the demands of normal life let alone the inner worlds becoming a reality to your consciousness.

A self chosen path of discipline but the rewards are beyond words.

Three Basic Concepts for the path are:

Service to mankind (giving and sharing your bother or sister’s burden (helping people), true brotherhood, doing your part to make the world a better place. It really isn’t that hard to offer a hand to someone or at least be kind and a smile costs nothing! If you can’t say anything good don’t say anything! Creating in-harmony only comes back to you.

Focus and control over the mind, controlling the mind in its thought, taming the wild horse the child ego. It is the mind uncontrolled that leads us into suffering and lack of progress and into a mess. Learning self awareness of our actions, (where you have been and where you are going are really helpful) responsibility, being mindful of your actions in speech, thought and action both towards the outer world but also to your brothers sisters of this world, learning that your mind creates reality and how to discipline the mind.

A thought in the spirit world is heard, Imagine thinking " I really don’t like you!" and the person hears that as if it was spoken?

Meditation is the highest form of prayer, (Not to any religion) we are talking universal, It calms the emotions cleans the blood, lowers the blood pressure, focuses the mind, and best of all raises up your mind into inner worlds of great beauty, Opens your Third eye, ears and clairsentience (feeling, smelling) the spiritual atoms resonate at a higher level which has a knock on effect of your health, both in body mind and emotions.

Having touched if only briefly a higher plane a plane of love, you will never forget and want to go back for more so it becomes a way of life.

Naturally there are many techniques for specifically opening the third eye, but it comes naturally and safely by following the correct path and not looking for results all the time it, it will come naturally as it is, it is a natural part of you when you have reached a level of development all simply unfolds. (As dose information about past lives, it’s a great responsibility and takes maturity to know and understand your past lives; this is why we don’t remember them! It comes when the time is right and should not be forced) And that is only the beginning of a long and fantastic journey discovering new worlds people, gaining intuition and insights in things other people are not aware off and you will have proof beyond doubt or question. You can read every book going but until you reach that point they are words of others who have past that stage, go explore for yourselves because that is what its all about you!

As always I wish to leave you with a thought: Despite the turmoil in the world or  maybe in your own personal life, always try to look for the good in things and other people, some times when we are sad and see only darkness look to nature, no matter what time of year or season, there is always great beauty in nature, as your heart opens to the splendor of nature, the earth and creation, the vibrations within your heart and inner body’s will resonate at a higher frequency, you will feel better and you begin to shine into the darkness of our world, never underestimate your inner power and ability to effect the world, simply sending out peace and healing, projecting and directing light into a dark place where souls are in darkness and ignorance just by your own efforts can affect as many as 7 thousand people in one go! That my brothers and sisters is some power, don’t think you can’t as you can!

Light has real power as dose our mind, thought creates and generates a brighter future not only for yourself personally but for all of mankind, We even have the power to help souls who are in relative darkness in the spirit world. To move on progress to higher realms. If all of mankind wished for peace it would happen! As each soul learns of its true nature and works towards becoming a better highly evolved being, the world will change. Light has supreme power over darkness.

For those that think there is a battle between darkness and light, it is not so each has its place, this is why we should focus on what is good and not look at darkness and sadness in the world and be dragged down in vibration by things we feel we can’t change.

 All has its divine reason and that reason is growth of each soul.  That does not mean that changes should not happen or bad behaviour ignored! There is balance as always and society has a responsibility to deal with problems. But the world in our eyes is the world we create and see, see darkness and that is what you will see.

A problem can vanish is a blink of an eye just by viewing it with love and understanding. So many people I help are so hard on their self’s not forgiving, living in the past and regret, make their own suffering and life becomes a chore, they become bitter and angry with others when in truth they are reflecting their own inner hurts onto others who have no dealings in their past matters as my wife always states "Own your own Stuff" if you have an issue its yours to own. Much like people who are Fat Phobic and call me Fat, It is not I that has the problem, it is there problem, there’s to own and own alone! They are the ones offended and upset at my weight not me!

Don’t make your issues and inner problems someone else’s, look at them kindly and work a way of resolving them, and if you can’t lock them away and don’t let them back out, letting past hurts hurt you is down to you, keep digging up past hurts, who is hurting you? You are by not dealing with things or letting go!

Let’s keep taking the bandage off to see if its better and open the old wound again, I am sure you get the drift, Be very mindful of others energies and comments to keep you down, do not accept it into your own personal Sphere!

Maybe your partner daily tells you how bad you are, it is they who have the problem, if someone truly loves you they will help not judge or criticize. And you above all must learn to love and respect yourself if you have Robbed 100 people, and have changed your ways you need to move on. Forgive yourself! naturally in time you will need forgiveness of those you have wronged or given a chance to serve or re balance your actions.

Lift your head up and look to the sun shining in the sky, each day is a new day, you are the person that can change sadness into joy, is it so hard to make even a small effort? small steps all add up.

Being awake! Conscious of you! What you are doing, saying, planning or not, be clear where you want to be, the Universe dose listen, if you don’t know what you want? how can you receive it. Inner reflection, looking in the mirror is not always easy but it’s a positive step in the right direction, from that point you can move forwards.

Working on inner vision is extremely rewarding, developing inner intuition is invaluable, it’s an inner voice of guidance that will help you walk and keep on the path of joy and happiness.

It’s been quite a technical article this time, but I am hoping to give just a small insight into the metaphysical aspects of the Third Eye rather than simply describe it as Just an eye of mystical vision. Hoping a deeper understanding will make more sense that there is a science even behind spiritual life.

Life and Karma

Karma a word that can strike fear into the hearts of those conscious of its implications. But in reality it’s an opportunity to grow spiritually and evolve and to return to the force of true love and creation.

Regardless of your personal beliefs, religion, there is only one source of creation one master one rule maker, many people get hung up on the word GOD, thanks mainly to religious fanatics or preconceived ideas.

The true meaning of the word translated means Good.

You can call the Universal Creator any term you wish, I know my father calls it mother nature, I really does not matter what term you use it is merely a label. I really cannot except the concept that two atoms bumped into each other then went Bang and from that all life by chance was created, All inner planes, Dimensions, Parallel universes, the massive construct of the human body, its inner body’s, six sense, telepathy, power to manipulate matter with its mind, emotions of love compassion, etheric Vision and above all its consciousness and many specific reincarnations all came from a pond of mud. Who made the atoms, who made the mud the carbon atoms etc?

Before we even took on a physical dense coat called the body we where etheric beings, The Physical earth is one big University for the Spirit. The whole purpose of our life here is to learn and grow spiritually by experiencing every possible lesson possible over many thousands of life times.

The Higher etheric body remains with us thru out each life and is the blue print for our body much like our DNA.

All outer physical form comes from the inner, Imagine at the centre of all life and creation a light (light is dynamic and true love, not the human love and emotion that we understand.) on an ever expanding radiation outward from the source the vibrations slow down until we have physical matter, Much as water becomes solid at lower vibrations. 

It’s a hard concept that all is within, not out there some other side of the universe, it is very much the same with the physical body from the light our true spark of light who we truly are migrates out to our physical form the outer crust. Light creates all form, all physical matter is constructed of light, Scientists are no slowly coming to the same conclusion that down at the Electrons, Protons etc there is finer mater that controls its form, and even a chair or a wall on a physics level is empty. In each cell it is likened to a cathedral, the nucleus is like a grape on the alter the rest is empty space; naturally it isn’t empty as its etheric spiritual light that science hasn’t found yet.

What we perceive as reality or matter is no more than electrical signals to our brains from our physical senses.

Like in the film the Matrix "how would you know if your life was just a dream that you could not wake from" what is real? When people pass to the spirit world they are shocked to find it’s not all wispy and white, but as solid and real as it is here, In fact the lower Astral Planes are mirrors of this world created by the group consciousness of mankind.

The Master of All Creation "God" (my term) is not asleep, The very fabric of your cellular structure, your inner body’s and all that you see, touch and smell etc are all created from light, So it’s a mistake to believe that somehow we are separate from our creator or that your brother man are somehow separate, It is a realisation that thru time we come to accept as the truth, Hurt another and you hurt yourself.

It is my belief that the creative mind created life as we know it even in its basics, thro sacred sound, Geometry formed all that we know, each structure has to have a set of rules, Let’s look at water, it’s the same thing, yet can be a gas, liquid or solid, Its programmed set of rules is temperature related.

Despite the apparent chaos in the world all is under control, even what is termed Evil is controlled, (darkness in the higher mind serves a purpose, All life has to have balance, in fact our many life’s are due to the rule of balance.

The pull of darkness gives us a choice a free will to turn our face to the light or to follow low grade animal behaviour. If we chose the latter we suffer maybe not in this life but it’s stored in our Karmic Balance sheet. If we chose the hard option to do what is right, to love forgive or to be spiritually mature we grow in strength and evolve into a higher vibration, to the point where we no longer need to re incarnate and as the Buddhist teachings say get off the wheel of Karma and Suffering, No one wants to suffer, But like children we think we know best and we have to face the consequences of our actions and that can be painful which we all know too well.

Often we see people who seem to have everything, the golden touch, yet they as a person may be unkind, selfish or worse, You may ask why they have everything where I have nothing but a life of struggle it’s not fair, Its simple you cannot see their past life’s there soul journey, some souls over many life times accumulate a positive Karmic Balance from good they have done and may choose to cash in their points in one life time. Hopefully you may see what will happen in their future life’s, by being greedy, selfish, unkind, materialistic they clearly have not evolved to a higher state yet and still have much to learn, so they may in there next life have to face poverty, ill health and people they have neglected in their life of power and money (I must state that to have power and wealth is not a sin, that’s religion stating that and look who has power and wealth beyond comprehension The Church) We can be wealthy, Happy and have abundance, we just need to act in accordance to the rules of the universe simply by giving love and kindness. All the major spiritual teachers since the beginning of time have brought the same simple message.

To be fair none of us are perfect (if we where we would not be in the University of life learning) we would have migrated into a 4th Dimensional being like the Ancients and then into the 5th Dimension where Karma is no longer needed, nor suffering or lessons, that does not mean we stop learning as all life is about growth and expanding our consciousness  to the point where we become gods (that is term not against the one true source as it is our whole purpose to return to the source as a god and become one again and whole)

We are our own worst enemy, we create so much suffering, depression and from that ill health, The personality is like a coat it covers our true spiritual being, It serves as a lesson that we may grow, but our free will we can choose to suffer more or to let go of the lower nature the ego that makes us suffer so much.

I look back on the trials of life I have had with more than just sadness, Yet in my higher view I look back and think! It was me that made me suffer, It was my thoughts to these events that made it bad, What was a problem for me was a problem because I made it so, What hurt I felt was self inflicted hurt, did those events truly hurt me? No I made the pain, I made the worry, you can dissolve Karma and speed it up by accepting responsibility even if you don’t know what you did 500 years ago. I have experimented with just letting things go, As always it is NOT easy, But our reluctance to let go forgive, forget, to move on is down to us, if we chose to carry on feeling bad about things then again who is behind the suffering and sadness? We are! Beyond even the basics of spiritual teachings are higher and higher levels of understanding, To reach a point where in stillness you sit on a mountain top and look down upon the world you see the truth behind life and its purpose and its working out and growth a powerful work a Reason a logic, and in that you find inner peace and accept that all things happen for a reason, God does not make mistakes there are no accidents, who you meet or what you face is all for a reason.

We can kick, scream, shout have tantrums, Claim it’s all rubbish, There are universal rules that govern all life, all astral worlds, Other universal races in the Galaxy, what we believe or not does not change the fundamental basis that all creation has a set of rules.

Again the word Karma is a term. From my understanding our personal Angel is not only our protector keeping us on our chosen pathway, but our record keeper.

If your future is predetermined even before you are born, some of which can be read by a medium of the relevant skill, you may well say if it’s all pre written, why bother? How much free will do I have? Very good questions.

As far as I can tell from my mediumship communicating with my guides and many studies I see in its basic form we have two simultaneous pathways at the same time. For a moment let’s look at our path a little.

In each life we have a choice over our reactions to events that unfold, we can be the child who spits the dummy and has a tantrum, The child ego, you hurt me so I am going to hurt you back, By hurting back you create fresh Karma a debt that will be added to your karmic balance sheet. Not only action of hurting someone physically, words can hurt just as much sometimes, you know the saying the pen is mightier than the sword!

A very important point that many do not know: When it was said that man/woman was made in god’s image, It means a God, a creator, We create our own life and form, we create our own experiences, Our Higher self is likened to a god, it will call in experiences that the soul needs for growth, remember to become wise we need to learn all there is to learn, Which for many of us is mainly thro suffering, we can learn from joy but many abuse it or go too far at the expense of others (briefly if you have had a great loss or faced great heart ache, when your brother or sister one day head in hands, distraught and in tears comes not by accident to your door, Your heart is full of compassion, your words from your heart can heal and uplift that soul, you have been there and know how they feel, Now was your suffering a waste, no, you may even save that person’s life, that is a positive in my view, Our heart may have been broken in the past, To heal another is to heal yourself as we are all one it is also the Universal Law)

Each life we incarnate into is lessons we need or did not complete in former life times, it is also a chance to pay back debts and clear our overdraft, like or not it is the truth!

I have to remind myself some times when I get frustrated and low about my life that all that I have and experience is down to my own creation, I used to blame others it’s easy to blame others than look at your own faults.

It’s not easy when things are bringing you to your knee’s I have experimented with positive thoughts and affirmations and miracles happen, things change dramatically, If you wallow in self pity and self hate, Guilt, regret and remorse you create negative vibrations and all thoughts create on the inner planes which then manifest into reality of your life. It’s not some hippy concept of living a healthy life including that of the mind, If you can meditate and reach a higher level all your perceived problems drop away and no longer seem real, which is the truth, This life is but Maya an Illusion, This world is likened to looking at a still lake and viewing the image reflected on the water.

So back to the two paths: One is fixed, as set of lessons and opportunities to face those you have wronged even killed maybe in past life times, To rebalance and forgive not only yourself but give the other person an equal opportunity to resolve and move on, if they are not ready, it matters not you have done your part and it is finished.

This information is written in your Akshic Records, Thus a qualified medium is able to accurately predict events ahead of you. BUT you have to be wise and spiritually mature to Handel that information!

The other path is one of free will, how we react to life events, challenges both materially and relationship wise. Someone may come up to you for no reason and upset you, Incensed you will naturally bitterly complain or even take action, which you will feel is justified and maybe it is or could it be that person 500 years ago you wronged and here you are faced with a choice to accept, take responsibility for past actions, I hear you say, But I don’t remember my past life’s or what I did, Yes this is true, this is why we need to grow to spiritual maturity, not only do we not react to these events, we pass the first major soul Initiation "The Water Initiation" I am writing about that in another blog. (Who is this inner voice saying poor me poor me? The Child Ego! In reality does it really matter to you?)

The water initiation is one of being in control of your emotions, it’s not easy by a long way, I have achieved it to some limited point, and it’s a very calm place to be also a place where no one can hurt you. Often people that wrong you have their own issues and un-dealt with emotions and inner anger, spiritually are termed in darkness as they are living in ignorance of both spiritual views but also forgetting we are masters of our own reality and responsible for all that life gives us. I see many people where I live, live on drama and problems everybody is a F****** this and that, never looking at their own attitude or low vibration, as such they live in darkness and suffering and continually making fresh Karma; will face more of the same in the next life times until they grow spiritually and stop being a child ego and learn to love and forgive. Be in control of their own actions and thoughts and think of others not just their own wants or dislikes.

It’s sad that Funerals are often a time when bitter family disputes are healed in deep sorrow people realise the love they have in their heart, Man is at his best when faced with the worst. (Geoff Bridgeman from the movie "The Star Man" It is very true, whilst people are bitterly squabbling when there is a disaster, people pull together as one and risk their own lives to save complete strangers.

Karma is not just individual it is also of cultures and nations.

Of interest at this time many of the Atlantian People are currently in incarnation to correct past mistakes. This is also one of the reasons Technology has made a huge leap in the last 100 years. It is also worth noting that there are no new souls incarnating this has been the case for a long time, so all new children are old souls, which we can see in their gifts such as the Rainbow children.

The class room called mother earth is coming to a big change within the next few years; spiritually we are about 1000 years behind at the moment. So expect some big changes, Man has become materially greedy and carless about the planet, this will have to be addressed, Suffering is the only tool to turn someone’s head back to their true nature when they seek answers as to why things are going wrong for them. So what we term as suffering has an important lesson to the soul, It’s fair to say none of us like suffering, Like bad school children that over step the mark we end up in detention or other means to bring us back into balance. There is always an opportunity to balance without suffering, but many people will not listen and will only learn the hard way. What awaits us at the end of the journey is an untouchable joy/bliss that at this moment neither can we comprehend or understand.

Sadly like many people who in this life have faced an accelerated Karmic dept, accelerated spiritual growth and clearing out the debt to move forwards Sooner, It takes its toll on the mind, people become depressed, sad and very negative about life, Karma does not last forever and we in sprit have options as to when we pay it, and over how many future life times, ( I hear you scream I didn’t choose this, we did but a much higher spiritual level where we could see the whole picture in the mental planes of waiting before our next life where we chose from several options/paths, family, Karma, our signed contract we have all forgotten)  a real danger and I see it often is the Karma has finished the debt has been paid, yet there life contuse to be sad and negative, This is negative expectancy, you have possibly spent most of your life battling and have the battle scars of life, emotionally and physically scared, you all ways expect everything to go wrong for you, you may even feel you are unlucky or cursed, This is wrong! And bad thinking and it may take some counselling to help you get out of this mind set.

The mind is the next most powerful thing to god, we are creators If we believe our life is Crap that is what we will make it, As we resonate Negative Attitude and thought that is what we will call to our selves, It is the Universal Law of Attraction, If you are a kind of gangster your friends will be the same, If you are a healer your friends will be the same, It is the same in the spirit World, what and how you think here you will find in Spirit, Naturally things are different there, you can’t die and cannot suffer like we do in the earth School. Don’t believe me, For one week tell yourself you are wonderful, Tell yourself Life is wonderful, good things are coming, I have an abundance in my life, Day and night, leave notes under your pillow, Clearly State to the Universe what you want CLEARLY! You must be clear, god does a have a sense of humour.  Visualise for 5 – 10 mins a night what you want to see happen in your life, be realistic if you can’t sing but want to be a singer in Take That it’s not going to happen! What life may do is give you a chance to meet them, all things are possible. If you can focus your mind clearly for one week, just sit back and be prepared for the ride of your life. Two reasons might stop things happening are your Karma does not permit it as you have not completed your lesson, the angels will not rob you of your ultimate prize of passing your Initiation, the other reason is if you are half hearted about it, and your mind is still full of doubt and thoughts like it will never happen, "It will never Happen" is a statement of negative command to make it so, you have stated it won’t happen so it won’t!

One of the most complex and hardest lessons we face is that of Family, Family is Very Karmic; we swap roles in each life! This concept is beyond most people’s ideas and have to be ready to face the real truth that it happens. We don’t always incarnate into the same gender, one of the main reasons for gay people, 10 life times as a women you suddenly incarnate as a man, your etheric body is still strongly a women’s, thus you will still be strongly attracted to the same sex and vice versa, Naturally there are always exceptions and no offence to anyone that is bi or gay. We are all the same, Spirit is both male and female it depends on the quality of which you choose to express or learn thro the most that helps your pathway.

A father in one life can become the child in the next, his child then the father, It’s a mind melt, but it’s true, Families as a general Rule incarnate in groups are tightly interwoven, its intense opportunity to learn, to love, forgive etc. Possibly the biggest and hardest lesson we face but also of the most love and joy we can experience on earth.

You may be one of those parents who have loved, worshiped, given everything you can for your child, you would even lay down your life for them, Then they hit Teenage time, Suddenly without reason they hate you, they know best and defiant to the extreme, they make your life a battle and living hell, It’s sad that children will not learn wisdom from their parents and have to make the same mistakes you did all over again, you are so keen they don’t mess things up like you did, out of pure love, but for them its interfering, and there life is a misery simply because you care and don’t want them to get hurt. There is no easy answer to this problem, if a soul chooses to suffer then no one can stop them, what as a parent is the most key point is it is your home and your rules. Imagine this for a moment and I am not saying this is the reason, your child in the last life was your mother, she knows best lol

An amusing statement I once read was the first half of your life your parents mess your life up, the second half of your life your children mess it up! Best to look at that in a light hearted view.

Regardless of you as the child, your children, we have to remember we are all spirit; we all have our life’s lessons to learn, we can offer advice to family, friends or strangers at the end of the day each has to make their own choice. What is good for one may not be the path for another. Does not mean they won’t get to the same goal in the end, they simply walked a different path. Remember that when frustrated trying to get someone to listen to what you personally would do, we can incur Karma by wrongly advising some one based on our own wrong misunderstandings, directions bios or preducis. What you may see as wrong maybe a lesson that soul needs to learn from this is why we cannot judge another person we cannot see the divine plan in is working.

What is the most important thing? It’s you! Not in a selfish self centred way, how you react to the world and people is the key not only to your own happiness but of all people you meet in life. How magical is a smile, it touches deep in the heart, what you reflect out you will see back, Shine and the world will shine too.

Anger at others is often an inner reflection of your own inner emotional state of lack of harmony.

Look at a Zen Buddhist, he has no possessions, one meal a day which he is given by people where he lives, He sleeps in no more than a hut, yet can be blissfully happy, the point I am making is happiness is in the mind, not material possessions. You can view life as bad or view life as what you make it to be!

The sadness in your life is in the mind, circumstances don’t need to change, we do, and it’s our perception to life. But we have the power to make things better, to face challenges not as some punishment, with a sad heart but as an opportunity to grow, all life is just about learning. For those that are in deep suffering I do not belittle the suffering you experience as I have walked the same path, What my message to you is: you may not be able to change what you are facing, But you can change how you react to it, view it, In 60 seconds things can change like magic, One day I said enough is enough I let go, almost instantly the darkness lifted, How much power is that! No waiting, no waiting for life to change, I changed my attitude and everything around me changed in seconds, we can make our own reality.

I have been writing for hours now, not even sure where most has come from, other than I felt a need to help some people I know who are facing troubled challenging times and I hope that somehow no matter how small I may help at least once person to take heart and courage in these words to face life with a renewed outlook understanding that we do have the power to change things and if we haven’t finished our lesson that how we react or view them can make a huge difference. And just because we are paying off Karma (an opportunity to grow) that it will not last forever.

There is always hope, I state this strongly, out the blue things change, you never know what is around the corner, I have seen people sad and lonely and one day they meet someone and all changes. From Poverty to riches in a blink of an eye. Where you can help is to have hope, Give the Universe a chance to make it happen, we block good from happening by telling ourselves daily that things are bad and nothing good ever happens. Open your heart and mind the Universal energy is there waiting to let you into the stream of abundance and unlimited potential.

Things to remember:

Many people who have faced the challenges of life and spiritual growth, may move into a comfort Zone where it is safe, yes safe but also Stagnant no way of moving forwards or open to new opportunities that may bring rewards and happiness, be it jobs, a partner, new friends or a move away from the glum environment. Like a kicking a screaming child if we want things to change we have to make a huge effort and take risks to move out of that comfort Zone.. Unblock your mind, that is the only obstacle we really have.

If like many who have been battle scared by life and live with depression maybe even drugs or drink to cope, all those negative thoughts will have created negative thought forms, a person or creature of darkness, who will by your own creation! will make ways that your life is not the way you truly want it, These will dissolve slowly by living healthy and in a positive mental attitude, It is not wrong to be positively expectant of good things to come into your life, No matter what you have done or how bad! Or have self judged to be wrong you must resolve to say that was in the past, (Did you know some times when we fail in life we have spiritual succeeded! We learnt a valuable and important lesson, maybe too used to winning or having it all our own way, the lesson is priceless) you have to take the view "the future is before me now", we simply cannot hold onto regret, guilt as they are negative states, darkness or negativity only destroys or shatters life, including your own finer inner body’s which will then manifest as heal problems.

We have also that battle with the lower self, which again from a spiritual view serves a purpose, it will fight with you tooth and nail to stop you taking any risks or changes as its concern is survival not what you want or wish for so be aware that obstacles will be thrown in your way, The more you listen to the higher self the better, be guided by that inner positive light. It will never lead you astray, the lower self will.

Finally: Energy and vibration can be likened to water, in your home your sadness, frustration, depression, will colour the water, All new a fresh energy is neutral, we by our thoughts polarise this energy to be negative or positive, by continually being negative, pessimistic we charge the fluid around us that we are then swimming in dark murky waters, which we then feel and we then become charged by the very atmosphere that we created thus perpetuating the problem. No matter how you feel you are in charge of your own sphere, and can choose to expel negative vibrations and breath in fresh clean energy at any time, simply buy stating I let go of negative energies, using the in breath to bring in fresh energy and exhaling out negative, 5 mins of this I promise you will feel better. Another that works well is Imagine the sun shining above your head and it raining golden rain washing thro you whole being, again 2 mins of this works wonders, So little effort is needed, for such great rewards.

Some times its advisable when in darkness to go for a walk in nature, the energies are abundant, clean and fresh, I am not talking about air or pollution, I am talking about energy that we truly live from and create. It sometimes helps to not look at all that is wrong in your life and try to figure things out, but rather to focus your mind on what is good in your life, maybe you are unemployed, but if you try to look at the positive in all things, maybe you have free time.

Turn things around, try to see things from other people’s views, what is bad in the papers is part of life try to become emotionally detached from events in the world, all things happen for a reason, This does not mean not having compassion, love or care for your brothers or sisters, you can help them by being a better person starting with you, as you evolve you radiate light and healing, as you mature you can send out that light to reach the souls who are suffering giving a great service to mankind and this world. As you give you also receive healing. As you forgive you are forgiven, as you listen and understand another’s view, so do others listen. As you love you are loved spiritual speaking.

Look at the beauty of nature, the leaves the construction, the petals on a flower, even in the most unattractive locations there may be just weeds, but some have pretty little flowers, its only man that has labelled them weeds, all nature is wonderful, I like nature too as they can’t say anything that might upset you or remind you of the past,.

A Zen Master was to visit his pupil in the afternoon.

His Student spent all morning sweeping the leaves for his master’s visit in the hope it would please him how clean and tidy the garden was.

The Master arrived, Excited the Student told the master look at how clean my garden is I have spend all morning clearing the leaves for your visit!

The Zen Master Smiled and said are leaves not beautiful too?

Sometimes life around you is beautiful, we are just blind to it thru our own closed mind and lack of conciseness.

If you look at things from The Great Architect of creation like a great painter who from his mind and a pots of paint upon a great canvas created all life, (The Human, The Animal, Mineral, Nature, the Elements) painted a picture a creation, all life is painted from the same pots of paint, so is all life, we are all linked to all life to each other, the world we live in all came from the creative mind of God. When you look from that view you cannot hurt another without hurting yourself in some way.

Hurt none in action, thought or word. Universal Peace and brotherhood, an end to suffering, Karma and the wheel of rebirth.

Psychic protection

is one of the most misunderstood topics and in my opinion greatly overlooked and dismissed by many even those who work in the Paranormal or Psychic Field. I have read many books on the subject and yet still found I am no nearer and question some of their ideas. So I am writing what I believe and use myself. But please feel free to read up other methods and books.

The next plane interpenetrates this world as well as those inhabitants too and not all good, for there are planes of lower vibration that could be termed very dark or evil.

Even in this world with people, friends and family not to mention people who live in darkness and ignorance, do and can have a negative effect on your body and your life.

Why and how are we under threat?

You need to understand the very make up of what we are to understand this, and then it makes sense as to why we need to take steps to protect ourselves.

In our homes, we have doors, locks windows, a guard dog even, The plane that penetrates this is of a different construct and vibration, for Inhabitants of this lower plane, there are no doors, locks or windows to stop them, a ghost can walk into your house and sit next to you as can a lower form, thankfully it doesn’t happen too often, but at some time it is more than likely to happen to you or a member of your family.

We are under threat as we cannot see these spirits, most of the time we are totally unaware they are even there unless you are sensitive or clairvoyant, you may ask why they would attack me? Sadly lower forms are no different than some people in this world who will attack you in the street for no reason, others it’s how they are its fun to them. The difference is you can see them and have some comeback if the police and justice system do their job correctly. These spirits can be crafty not only that you can’t see them, Trust me just because you can’t see them does not mean they don’t exist no more than you can’t see TV pictures in your home without a TV.

We are powerhouses of energy, not only physically but spiritually, as our consciousness is mainly glued shut in the physical we are not protecting our nearest body’s, the etheric and lower astral bodies, but are wide open, this is why we need to learn how to protect our whole being, more so when we are in places of darkness.

Beyond the Human Body.

We as spirit have many body’s and the reason is that we are spirit and inhabit or use these body’s to exist or function on different planes as well sometimes Unconsciously. To be in this world and to interact with our surroundings and people we need a physical body, to work in the astral planes we need an astral body and in the mental planes again a mental body, there are many layers to our true form, We do not need to die to visit or experience these planes, we do not understand that all body’s already function on all planes at the same time, we are far far more than just our body. The Etheric body is an exact duplicate of the physical in fact there are two parts to it! one that is the lower that will its self die some time after the physical has stopped, the other part is the eternal part that never dies, as such we carry on living no matter what happens to us.
“There are far worse things than death”.

The etheric and Aura are sensitive to vibrations, everyone regardless of ability can walk into a room or place and state they don’t like it or feel comfortable, The Sceptic could argue that a room is no more than stone and wood and it is not possible to feel a room, “You could cut the atmosphere with a knife” sayings like that, everyone can feel the stillness in a tranquil place or a place where arguments or unpleasant things have happened.

Many people don’t even think about it, why or how we sense these vibrations, all creation is a vibration a frequency, you don’t need to be into spiritual things to learn about that, just look into Physics and what Science says about our world, It all ties in, all life is energy, even a rock has energy a vibration.

What are the dangers?

You really don’t want to know, but ignorance is not really helpful.
Most dark entities including most ghosts are Vamperistic in their nature, mostly unintentionally some deliberately so, They draw energy from us, people of this world can do this also, ever had someone around your house talking about how bad their life is and when they have gone you feel drained.

There are whole books on the subject and I am not going to write a small book on the subject, I will cover the basics and if you wish to can use a search engine and find loads of other articles, I will add a link to a book and to one or two other sites on the subject. As time moves on I will add or modify as things go along.

To touch on the dark side briefly, these entities are demonic and downright evil, evil or darkness is really ignorance, you have to remember that we are powerful! the human body is a power house and the direction of our mind is one of the greatest powers in the Universe next to the God Forces that created all the worlds and dimensions. Should you be scared ? “No!” Nothing can touch the real you, but these forces can get out of hand and make your health and life a misery.

The Universal Law of Like attracts Like:

It is like a magnet, how we think and act not only will attract vibrations of the same, when we pass we also find ourselves in a place of our own creation, what our habitual thoughts have been in our life’s we find when we pass.

There is no escaping the law of like attracts like, Notice that some of the poorer people who live in slums spend all their time in one drama then another and always involved in fighting, it’s all how they think and become, it is hard living in those conditions and is not a judgemental comment. Those that are peaceful may be surrounded by drama but they do not get involved nor does it touch them on a personal basis.

I cannot state highly enough how powerful our thoughts are, every thought or emotion has an effect.

“At our moments of despair, we learn the most” “Life is about learning, Growth” “True Strength is standing strong and never giving up” AG.

I speak from bitter experience, when life hits you so hard you weep and on your knees, you feel that you can’t go on and close to you is the edge of a cliff into which you are faced with death and a fall into the Abyss.

Testing comes as do hard and painful lessons, behind it all is a wise a loving reason, all life has to be balanced, what you have done said or thought in this life or others has to be corrected.

When you have a lot of Karma to face, and we have to remember that we agreed to all of this before we even incarnated into this world. (I have spoken to many who take offence at the mear suggestion that some how they chose this living hell they are going through and become aggressive and defensive, the spiritual truth of matters do not change because you find it uncomfortable or can not accept the rules the govern all life, its a touchy subject, i do not govern the rules of life, there are parameters and rules that govern all life, our incarnation is no mear chance its a self chosen path, when you can see the bigger picture all things make perfect sense! we may not like it! its how things are) It naturally causes Depression, self doubt, fear; you may turn to Drink or drugs to cope with life’s constant barrages, Ok what has this to do with Psychic protection you may ask, A great deal!

Those whose life’s are terrible and have such bad luck are the ones learning the most and have an accelerated Karma, these people are not losers as people state, they are the true ones of strength and courage, who chose this path of difficulty that they may grow and evolve faster. Big problem is we all walk thru the blue waters of forgetfulness before we incarnate. So we are ignorant of our mission and its true purpose.

So we have become depressed suicidal and Alcoholic or worse on drugs, we view life as bad, we see all people as bad or someone to hurt us, all negative thoughts, And wait for it and it seems so unfair, but logical if you think about it, as you create with your mind, your thoughts, you make more harder suffering, as you have come to expect it, it’s how your life has always been “yes?” nothing ever goes right for me! All negative reinforcing statements! And they create what you belief will happen.

All this darkness you have created will attract lower entities it’s the law, so not only is your life a mess, now you have some demonic being trying to make things even worse, you will often hear me talk about resonance, yea I resonate with that etc. You may feel anger and resentment towards people and life for how it’s treated you, anger is a powerful destructive force, all dark energies destroy and shatter all things, I have seen some of the inner darker planes, not only is it horrid is very sad, despite the crap the church spews out about the devil and his toasting Falk that he pokes you with is total rubbish, (unless you believe so strongly you create it! Even so it would be an illusion of your own making) if you do your home work Hurn the horned God was a pagan god, of goodness, the church painted him as some kind of devil.

So now you have all these thoughts of negativity, anger, hate even, or maybe simply you feel emotionally drained, you are a God woman/man in the making, what you believe and think is how you create your own reality, Now add to that drink or drugs and out the window goes your protection, you are wide open to attack or worse possession.

I am not a bible basher and don’t get me started on that one, often Jesus refers to demons and some one that has unclean spirits in them, so before you say I don’t believe think on.

This is going to be hard if you are in the above:
Easier said than done! Yes it is likened to pulling a train up an incline, sometimes there are the down hills and you coast and then you will keep hitting setbacks, but you have to keep on keeping on “KOKO” You have to have a positive mental attitude and with learning about life and its inner workings, you are not a looser and you can change things, It will not be easy. (But very possible, with effort!)

All those dark negative thoughts give energy to the entities and lower astral life forms, soon as you change your thinking and start looking after your health, things change like magic. I have been there so I know. I have help countless people do the same! you better your bottom dollar it works! The only true way to dissolve Karma is thro love and acceptance, or become so saintly you shift into the 5th Dimension where Karma serves no purpose of learning for you any longer.

In all cases where I clear an entity be it Ghost or another form of life, there is balance once again and peoples life’s return to normal, The only exceptions are people who will not change their thinking, it’s still here I can feel it, despite assuring them there is nothing they are so convinced “Wrongly” there is, this thinking undoes the work I have done, and basically gives the entity permission to return, they draw it back, in these cases, sadly I can do nothing to help someone, it’s their choice.

Now we have covered the darker side briefly, onto more day to day matters.

If you are on the path of spiritual progression you are a light in the darkness and odd times a spirit wandering in the darkness often looking for help will come to see what the light is. I have seen quite a few who have lost their life in the world of crime they lived in, who wander into people’s homes, as they themselves when on the earth where in darkness/ignorance more often than not are still aggressive and will cause problems.

In these cases it’s not because you are full of doom and gloom, it’s because of the light you are radiating out, nothing you can do about that. When you are advanced enough you will be able to help those souls who are looking for help, Often in my line of work a Ghost will make such a nuisance of its self to be noticed and I get called in, often what is described to me is a gloomy picture of some nasty angry spirit, when I speak to them I find it’s sheer frustration on their part, who are desperate to go home, I did one recently where a man who initially was aggressive and Physically manifesting his anger Vocally, when I finally spoke to him I was shocked, an overwhelming sadness came over me, he wanted to be with his wife and his friends, the only way he could get noticed or helped was to get noticed, He is now where he should be, It’s not something I would say try yourself until you are ready and have been trained.

Ok So what do I need to protect myself?

Personally I don’t go for talismans, crystals or smudging with Sage or plant oils, that’s not saying it doesn’t work if you believe they work! Again we have the power of thought, if you took a bottle of water and blessed it believing it had magic powers it would work just as well. “All magic and power is Intent Will and Belief” All from the Mind, the power of thought! Ok let me let you into a simple secret, as you think so it becomes, it’s instant, remember what I said earlier about our body’s and inner planes. The most simplest form of protection is the Auric Bubble, Imagine and egg shaped Aura an energy field surrounding you and the outer shell is Impenetrable, As you think and daw with your mind it happens for real, it’s NOT your imagination. Believing you are safe and you will be (a word of warning! Ghosts try to scare you as Fear is a strong emotion and generates a lot of energy, which then makes them stronger and you weaker, to be honest there isn’t a great deal they can do to you. (naturally there are always exceptions and best to be on the safe side) I know it’s not always easy, but still those emotions, Have you ever scared yourself? All in your own head, then to find out it was a cat or some butterflies.

I have to share with you a funny story:

One night I was walking home it was a moonlit night and walking down this old dirt track there caught my eyes a skull hovering above a disused hut, the more I looked in disbelief the clearer it became, the closer I got it was looking at me, I crossed to the other side of the track, the hairs on my neck where standing up, my heart pounding, I looked and I looked in the end at 13 years old I ran all the way home, I was so sure someone was chasing me. Next day I returned to the same spot in the day and there on top of the hut was an old kettle bent and battered standing on an angle on its handle, I had to smile. So all the feelings of being watched and chased where all a creation of my mind and imagination.

I have been on Hundreds of investigations, if there is a ghost about I know about it, countless times people imagine they are being poked or touched or suddenly there is a cold draft not looking to see that there is in fact an air condition unit right next to them.

Whilst the words of Love and Light is a sweet saying it really holds no weight with the bad guys no more than it would with a thug on the street. When you are faced with a Ghost or dark spirit, remain calm, Put up this auric field and what I always use is the visualisation of a Cross of Light inside of a circle of light, This is an ancient brother hood symbol of protection, It works really well and don’t forget to imagine one behind you too.

If like many you go on investigations into haunted buildings it’s best to protect yourself before you go in.

So many times I warn people and tell them, they don’t believe me and later I am dealing with them in a shaking mess and heal them after they have collapsed or been attacked. I have seen the hardest sceptics claim things have happened and cannot explain why.

An Advanced protection that I use:

Meditation and work should be done sitting up, for me my chair is at my computer I have nearly fallen off as there are no arms to hold me in as such most of the deep work I do is laying down on my bed with some headphones with some edited music that’s not intrusive or some wannabe classic musician playing annoying scales or hitting the keys so hard that it makes you jump, there is some very good new age music and meditation music, but for me many want to show how clever they are wafting up and down the keys, For true mediation it needs to be gentle, and defiantly simple, as to not distract you, the purpose for me at least is to block out the outside noise at the same time relaxing you. I make sure I am comfortable not hot or cold, headphones on, then I cover my eyes so there are no visual distractions, before I start work .

I imagine like a bright dazzling light at the end of my bed bit like what we see in the Hollywood movies this is at my feet, Then I draw a line of light around my bed 3 times, this is your circle of protection, If like me some times the volume is too loud and you get up and turn the volume down, you have to start all over again as soon as you walk thru this circle of light you break it, the next step I do is to wrap this light around my bed so forming walls of light effectively forming a cocoon of light around you, I can feel this light forming under and around me, it tickles as it passes my back, it’s very strong and not in your head. When you are in this bubble of light you are protected and only beings of higher vibration, such as your guide or angels may pass if needed to help you.

It’s worth pointing out that some times when we are asleep we are visited so I always do this before I go to sleep, regardless of how tired I am. It’s a habit I use all the time, it doesn’t take long and it’s not hard, if you are not visual person I would suggest you point a finger and draw a line around you saying I protect myself, It’s your intent and will that’s important remember. Sometimes depending on the work I am doing I also draw a huge circle of light with a cross of light under the bed, above it, to the left, to the right and naturally not forgetting the head and feet, in most cases this really isn’t needed unless you feel you need it.

One of the most common protection techniques is to imagine a cloak of protection, a soft velvet cloak, you tuck it under your feet, wrap it around your body and pull the hood up, I use purple or blue most of the time and sometimes black if I wish to become invisible as I travel to unsafe locations so that I may watch what is going on without being noticed, I do this sometimes when someone has a bad haunting at their home and I go to see what’s going on without being noticed.

In Robert Bruce’s book on Psychic protection (see book link) he refers to water a great deal and effectiveness of showers and hose pipes, if you think you have an attachment stand it the shower and imagine the water washing thro your body cleansing you of this attachment, I do this some time for cleansing not because of attachments you will have to read his book and make you own mind up as to its effectiveness.

Basically there are loads of techniques as there are in spells and magic, but the underlying force is your intent your will and belief in what you are doing, don’t believe it will work and it won’t!

I use what works for me, I am fortunate enough to see and feel the effects of what I do, so I know they are working, Wrapping the light around my body whilst lying down I feel, sometimes I imagine the White Eagle Brotherhood Symbol “The Six Pointed Star” (see Image) basically a Triangle pointing down which represents god reaching down to man and an upward pointing triangle which represents Man Aspiring to god reaching up, when the two meet Man/Woman is made perfect forming a 6 pointed star, I form the best I can in 3d and it’s not easy visualising a 3D six point Star but I keep trying, I imagine this blazing power above me or above my bed, get it right and it makes me shiver your whole body is bathed in this Christ Light ( the universal Christ light ) the son of God, part of the holy trinity. This again can be used for protection.

With protection remember it’s not only disincarnate spirits you need to protect against it’s people in this world, Walking down a dark street and a dark figure is approaching you, Put up the cross of light in a circle of light, Feel Dizzy in a super market it’s peoples energies, pull your aura in with the inn breath and use the cloak of protection, got the mother in law coming round who is bitterly critical, use the cloak of protection and keep the bubble of light strong. The Truth about Ghosts – Metaphysically Uncovered

The Construct of the Physical/Spiritual body’s:

To really understand what a ghost is we need to look at some of the constructs of the Human body/spirit body’s to clearly understand what they are:
The Physical body we know well, it is the vehicle with which we interface with the physical world.

We are multi layered and rather than the concept of out wards we go inwards, so at the very core of our being is the divine spark the very essence of our life, given birth from the solar logos the creator of all life; some may choose to call the supreme intelligence by the name of god, or by others names. (This light is what you see as a ball of light or commonly known as an orb in paranormal circles) I am not going to list all the body’s but cover briefly a basic more will be published in Metaphysics..

The body is the furthest outer shell like the crust. The next body in is the Lower Etheric Body, this like the body is mortal too and often dies some time after death if we migrate to our home in the astral world. If this body feeds off etheric energy from the physical world a person may use this body as dose a ghost. Most people shift their whole personality and memories into this at death and then ascend to higher bodies where etheric energy is not needed and is in abundance.

The next is the second level etheric body this is immortal.

The Soul or spirit controls the physical body through the etheric body, it is like an interface.

The Etheric body is the main power source for the physical body which takes energy from the Universe and distributes energy via the complex chakra and meridian paths. It also handles all information and vibrations from finer higher frequency levels filtering them into the body’s senses. The lowest etheric is also the densest of the higher spiritual body’s, which resonate at a much higher frequency than that of the physical body.

It is also know and the Energy Body and is a highly complex system of bio energies.

If the Etheric Misaligns you cannot wilfully move your body, this is also what happens when you have general Anaesthetic, also one of the main reasons for sleep paralysis if your etheric moves away from the physical then you cannot move it. (as it does when you are asleep) Moving on you then you have astral bodies for living or visiting the Astral Worlds. Then the mental Body’s, celestial and so on.

Approx there are 7 planes and within each plane is 7 sub planes, But rather than a divide between level 1 and 2 they blend and merge, To give an example in music terms rather than one note on a keyboard or Guitar played and the next note up played, It’s like Glissando or a fretless bass sliding with no intervals.
Many people see Spirits of people because the 4th Dimension blends with the higher 3rd Dimension where we live.

The same can be said of a rainbow, it blends from one colour to the next, as is the same with the Spirit worlds.
All life is energy and frequency, Energy only changes states it is never destroyed. Energy changes as dose mass with frequency or Vibration. Some teaching say there are 12 planes, in an infinite creation it can be all things and depends on where you are viewing things from, a contradiction yes but let’s not get stuck in metal dogma.

Not many people know this but the earth is part of the astral realm, but it is like the physical body the outer densest, slow vibrating so that it is solid. Next level to the Physical world is the lower Etheric, This is only slightly out of phase to the physical, its much like the visible spectrum we only see a small band, the same with sound, The lower etheric is both invisible and in audible, much like TV transmission, we cannot touch feel or see but it is there, and need a tuner to see images and sounds, This is what a medium dose, they retune to receive impressions and information. This plane is so close that inhabitants in this etheric world can with energy taken from our world and surroundings and can manipulate matter to a limited degree. In the etheric plane there is no time, time is only in the physical and in its self is an illusion. In space it has been proved that time is not constant. Later on that one.

As we stand right here and now we can at will visit the Astral Worlds, yes with training and practice.

Every single night our etheric leaves our body and at the very least hovers above our body, taking energy from the spirit planes to recharge us, others go travelling into the astral planes and some become lucid and fully aware they are out of their body, As I have done many times. A technical Note: The human Brain dose store memories, but all memory is stored outside of the physical body, when you enter an Etheric Body, Astral Body etc, you have with you a complete memory or who you are and what you have done up to the point you left your body.

The same thing happens at death, you feel no different, you believe the same things and think the same, good or bad depends on how evolved you are.
The only difference between astral projection and death is simply we cannot come back to the physical plane or our body, and our consciousness now remains within our etheric or astral body, rather than inside our physical.

Things are just as real and solid as there are here in this world. One of the biggest problems people face when they die is things are so real, they don’t even know they have died! As you migrate up the planes things change, more on that later.

I really hate the word “The dead” in reality there is no such thing. We never die life is continual. We simply move from one state to the next. As in mediumship and visiting Astral Worlds all that happens is the Consciousness moves out into another place and collects information in another place using the senses in the inner body’s which are far more sophisticated than the body’s 5 senses. For starters we have 360 degree vision. I recently proved this fact to myself with experiments.

Soooo Ghosts:

Ghost like many things is simply a term a label and conjures up images and pre conceived ideas of what they are based on books, films and storeys, Fictional or true storeys.

If you think of it another way every night you leave your body, you could be termed a ghost, In fact some Ghosts seen are in fact people projected out there bodies whilst asleep.

A Ghost is nothing more than a person who’s Physical body has died, and one of the main reasons for death is simply the physical can no longer sustain or support the spirit if it becomes uninhabitable. If the Spirit withdraws then the body dies, the body cannot live without the spirit connected. Same with coma, if the body does not work, the sprit remains out all be it unconscious of its state living in a dream like state. All life on earth is a learning a growth evolving spiritually we spend far more time in our true home “The Spirit World” than we do in a brief life spent here, the earth life can be termed “A College for the Soul” I will cover more on this later on the souls path and Initiations.

So a ghost is simply a person. No different than me or you, just they no longer live in the physical or have a physical body with which to interact with this plane.

A common misconception is the somehow after death we become wise and all knowing, this is not the case or that we play a harp and sit on a white fluffy cloud, or being spit roasted with some red faced horned demon is all rubbish.
In fact many people in the astral are busier than they were here as they simply have more opportunities to do what they really like doing, with no time constraints.

The Lower Etheric whilst very much inhabited in not a natural place to live. Souls who pass normally migrate to a level of vibration that they have formed by their habitual thoughts habits and belief systems into a corresponding plane that matches there frequency/vibration. In time with spiritual development a soul ascends through the planes reaching the Mental Pane, measured by earth time with effort this can take about 30 years, but bear in mind there is no time or death as such. A second death can happen where the soul surrenders it’s self to all lower desires and goes higher still.

At these higher planes a soul can review its past life, what it has learned, what mistakes and missed opportunities it has done previously, then in the halls of waiting it can if it so chooses request another time on the earth to learn more or missed lessons, it is then given a choice of different life’s it can enter and lessons it needs to grow take. Every single action, thought experience everything is recorded in the Akashic Records, all your past life’s, all events of the earth. Some Gifted mediums can read these records; some naturally tap into some ones records with their permission and give them a reading. I have this ability to look at past lives and soul lessons as well as some probable future events. More on this later.
A Ghost is an X human, He or she still keeps there personality and beliefs. There body has died and they remain trapped in the lowest plane extremely close to the physical (thus we sense, see, hear and feel them at times)

There are many reasons why a spirit becomes trapped. It can be fear of what they may find, fear of the light offered to them at death, someone can so strongly believe that there is no such thing as life after death and being stubborn end up locked in, some do not know they are dead yet. Some don’t want to go; some are so materially attached to their home possessions they cannot let go. Others love so strongly they wrongly believe that the only way to stay close to their loved one they literally stay. Some feel they have unfinished business, some have done such wrong in their life have a belief and, scared by Christian Teachings! Believe they are going to be punished or go to hell.

Some sadly never move far from their body as such haunting in grave yards, its ignorance they don’t move on, not only do we have free will, but the mind creates out own reality so strong errorunus beliefs also trap these people.

Some who die violent deaths such as murder can be so shocked end up replaying the event over and over it’s sad.
A strong material attachment or material greed of power, lust, Alcohol, drugs etc can also cause a lock in.

Many Ghosts who live in one location we call a haunting, not all ghosts stay in one place and do wander.

Anyone that has experienced Astral Projection into the Etheric will have seen it is a complete mirror of this world, what you see here there is a replica, and if you study quantum Physics from more open minded scientists they talk about molecular structures that what in fact is physical is more space that real, and that sub atomic particles exist outside of provable science but theorise that they do exist and the another frequency higher with less mass is very acceptable rational. Odd things happen in the Etheric, there are anomalies and weird happening, in higher levels matter is more mutable and thought changes things faster than here, more on this later.

A man who is now a Ghost who lived in a house who is both ignorant of spiritual truths and materialistic see’s that it is still his home and what are you doing there, Many times they don’t see us, we have to remember the tables are turned, They are not physical and do not see with Physical eyes, (eyes work by light hitting the retina and the brain processing the information, We as humans have both Physical and etheric it’s how we are made. A ghost on the other hand no longer has physical eyes and only sees ethereally. We do see etheric matter or persons without Physical eyes; clairvoyantly we use our etheric vision to see them. Those that do see us would almost see us as Ghosts in their house. I find it hard to believe that some of the ghosts still believe they are not dead, but it’s all too common. Some can see well the same as some gifted people here see the other way.

Sadly those that do not know they have passed attempt to communicate with loved ones only to fail.

The lower Etheric Body needs energy to continue, as such the Ghost needs energy, food is of no use. Electromagnetic energy or Bio fluid is the main source of energy, and the reason why some ghosts have been seen grey or white is there etheric is dyeing and there is lack of energy. (In full manifestations Spirits use surrounding energies and particles of colour, if frequently enough can fade say curtains etc) It a spooky way Intentionally or Not ghosts living in the etheric are by their nature need Energy and could be termed Vampires (not in the common blood thirsty Hollywood productions)

If a ghost obtains sufficient energy it can manipulate physical objects, Thus we have Poltergeists, Switching lights on and off, change radio stations. Often the cold drop is they suck heat out of the air as its energy in a sub physical way, the opposite is cold, thus it drops cold. They don’t stand there sucking a metaphysical straw lol all is of the mind and needs; even at a Ghost existence it has a sub conscious mind a higher mind.
From the highest level to the lowest the term as above so below is so true. All bubbles to the top from the inner worlds.

Some Ghost are seen physically in a partial manifestation or a full manifestation, This is only possible with high levels of ectoplasm, a white soft cloudy substance that All people give of all the time, Some people like mediums and more so Physical Mediums have a high level of this substance and can get spectacular results. Whilst I do not claim to be an expert on Physical Mediumship I do generate sufficient ectoplasm bio energy for physical circles, see my video clips of table tilting.

Not only can this form into a full apparition, but can be used to move objects, and form a Vocal cord and you get direct voice, It has to be said that these people, now ghosts have to learn as we do with practice and knowledge how to manipulate ectoplasm.
For a Ghost meeting another ghost is exactly the same as we meet people day to day in this world.

So why the haunting and noise?

As I have said there are many reasons why a person becomes trapped and locked into the etheric plane, I cannot list all of them but some of the more common known ones are listed above.

These spirits if in your house are living along side you, some doing their own thing almost like replaying there life over and over, others more aware of their current state or your presence.

I am a very experience Paranormal Investigator and have visited hundreds of locations in doing so you start to see a common picture forming. I specialise in cleansing people’s homes that have bad haunting and the family being scared half to death. Contrary to misconceptions Ghosts do not have white sheets on their heads and rattle chains, there are dressed as there where when alive. They hold a residual self image which forms there new existence its exactly the same as when we Astral Project, we hold a residual self image that we form, we can if we choose change that form. When I work spiritually I always change what I ware choosing to where a simple white robe.

Ok so why the noise: as I have said above they are so close and if enough energy is present they can effect dense physical matter or objects. Some simply reconstruct what was there life before so walking up the stairs at 11pm and stepping on a creaky old floorboard and banging about as they get ready for bed, Naturally there is no need for sleep in a ghost state, but they do become drained and rest in a different way.
Some Spirits are angry at their death. Or angry you have changed what they still term there house, angry with how they live and trapped, and bang about the same as some one dose in this world.

I have found frequently that when I am called in, I am told its evil nasty and angry, only to communicate with the Ghost to find that they were trying to get someone’s attention so that the end result would be someone like me who rescues spirits and helps them move on back to their true home gets called in. In most cases this is what happens, sometimes I have to talk and explain in detail to them convince them it is ok to go home and will be greeted with family and love, It touches my heart when I see their family children or wife come to reach out to them, it’s a very emotional experience more so when tapped children are reunited with their parents.

I have faced anger threats aggression and un-cooperate ghosts, eventually I get them to listen to me if not I can remove them when they do listen the changes are amazing, I often see them cry as hundreds of years of frustration is let out what I see is a true blessing and can only be described as what you see in a Hollywood productions and special effects, Personally I always find it fascinating who comes for them when I open a portal of light.
Without going too far into the subject Darker Spirits:

Yes they do exist and boy do they, the same as we have here, Nast evil malicious hurtful people as I stated above they don’t change and in some cases evolve backwards to an animal like state. Ending up looking grotesque. All darkness shatters and destroys the dark inner planes are a horrid place, not hot but cold and dark with shattered buildings, no plants or animals a very sad place.

Emotion produces a very high level of energy! This then feeds them and makes them stronger more powerful as such it deliberate that they scare people and will feed of people asleep quite nasty spirits, often there is bad smells when such beings are present as is a very unpleasant fearful atmosphere, relationship problems, heal problems, possessions, Mental problems, Bad dreams or being kept awake to make you weaker. As I have said I don’t wish to cover this too much as its sad and dark.

In almost all cases these spirits can be removed forcibly and the horrid vibrations they have left rebalanced.
So as you can see from all the above Ghosts are just people, Folk, Same as here, very close to the physical.
There are rescue teams in the spirit world as well as people like me here on the earth plane who specialise in this type of work.
When you look at the planes and energies and how they work and are all inter connected, the structure of Ghosts and human body’s its all makes sense and is no more a mystery it is that people do not understand the metaphysics of it all and give way to fear or pre conceived ideas.

To finish on a lighter note some Ghost as people are friendly I met one Irish man the other day who was quite a character, he was happy with his existence I also respect someone’s free will and whilst the offer to help them is there, if they choose not to move on then I leave that to them when they are ready.

On a personal note over the years of investigating it has been of great interest looking into storeys picking up information with great excitement to receive feedback from owners and historians about accurate information I have picked up on, it’s always a challenge and many times I don’t even know where I am going and always do a séance at the end of the evening. I think to date its about 80% accuracy some times more sometimes less. As always one of the greatest joys has been meeting new people and making friends, where we all sit in the dark freeze lol

I tend to do more personal work now than out all round the country.

Well the term seeing is believing really applies here. lol
As you said seeing for your self may be the key.

Here is the part that seems tricky… in the astral planes what you believe is what you’ll see initially. If you are deep rooted in Jesus and a God on a throne, then that is what you will see, expect to see a winged Michael greeting you! If you follow this or that belief trust me it is represented somewhere in the astral plane.

I have not presented yet what I and others have found and mapped over the last 50 some years, I have written on this in the past but have not laid it out on this forum as of yet. Allow me to get a bit deep here…

OK now I will only discuss the astral plane. we will leave the other planes for another post besides this is where we are concerned at the present vibration. take the entire astral plane, most try to think about it wrong, like a big disc that is linear. the astral plane is actually sub divided into 7 sub planes. these planes go from very dense and heavy vibration to very light.

the thing I want to stress here that alot folks are missing, is that each plane is set to its own frequency. so yes all 7 sub planes have there own vibration. it is not like a map where if you travel from point A to point B and you will suddenly be in another state. it is frequency based. That means if you are vibrating at the same level as say the 5th astral sub plane out, that is literally all you will see, what is on that vibration, and it is not linear or flat, each vibration is in all directions, left right up down forward back. you could travel a weeks worth in one direction and not hit the end of the 5th level vibration.

if you want to go to say the 6th level vibration. you would literally have to vibrate higher or tune your frequency higher to be able to even perceive the next level. now this is the way I have seen it work. you start at the lowest sub plane and tune higher. you can not perceive the higher planes while in the lower planes but if you are vibrating in higher planes you can easily go back and see through the lower frequencies. this is used for the guides and light workers vibrating at high levels that help shift stuck individuals.

now in question to what I have seen that shook my beliefs.

numero uno) I began having past life memories and recollection, this goes against modern Christianity, which teaches 1 shot deal, get right heaven, get it wrong hell. final for ever. very absolute huh?

2) I learned to project and got familiar with the different frequencies in the astral plane. I have seen what they call hell personally, it is not what you think. there are no fires and devils. Just large masses of low vibrational people and beings and a ton of thought forms.

as you get higher in frequency, you will see buildings and house and more people in various levels of waking up from the shock of being dead.

higher still you see same buildings and the air just feels lighter. a bit brighter too, by now the people realize that they are dead but still a bit out of it not knowing what to do next. this is typical for 3rd level vibration in the astral. this vibration is very much a transitional vibe.

4th level is where incoming energy meets out flowing energy come from and to physical earth. it is call the null point and is where the welcoming park is located and the belief territories. this is where you will find your pearly gates and gold streets and st. peter hanging out and even see representations of Jesus and bud ah and Confucius and you name it as far as a belief can go it will be found there. this too is a transitional plane and if you have a solid belief in something you will wind up here initially. *note the word initially.

Eventually you will get bored with that level and feel the need to go higher. Shift vibes and get to the 5th level we discussed earlier, I have found alot of schools and places of higher learning in this plane.

6th plane is more of a place to get together and talk and hang out and commune with like energies. high teachers hang out here and mass learning is continued,

the 7th and highest vibration in the astral is what is called the last timers ring. usually once you get to this level you are done incarnation and all your soul frags are goatherd from different time frames and scenarios. Once you get here you are a blazing collection on very bright light and are considered to be high guide. Most of what happens here is re con missions of soul fragments and it is just what is necessary, all pulls together for the transitions of others. instead of a God figure or whatever helping you along you are actually helping your self along all the time, it is a higher representation of you doing the guiding actually. this is complete opposite of Christian teaching.

Once you are done and graduate if you will, you will then reintegrate with your higher collection of energy in the entity the lowest of the next higher plane which is called the Causal plane and thats a whole other ball a wax to discuss.

Then I got into entity teaching and channeling which laid out clearly how the much bigger picture works and how it is all energy based and that we all originated from this same level on high vibration and will return to it.

I know people love to attach a personality and try to humanize this energy. I have found it needs no praise and is pointless to pray to it as it is neutral, it is a creating energy that does just that it creates and grows, it fragments out and become individualizations of the same energy. Take a egg, there are 3 distinct parts, you can separate it whites, yoke and shell you can scramble, fry it make an omelet whatever but no matter what you do to it, it still remains an egg and all you did was to fragment it out. We all have the same deep high vibration that was a spark spun off the highest level energy the Energy that vibrates is known as the “Tao” or “God” energy

So given all I have seen first hand, and all I have been told through OS connection and channeling, I have completely changed my level of thinking and belief systems completely. I have seen that religion is good for something tho, I have seen it gets people in general to a good vibrational level to begin with and skips the lower sub planes of the astral strait to the 4th vibration. If you die and find your self in one of these 4th level belief territories enjoy it and then get ready cause you will get bored and what to go elsewhere.

Also an interesting note. I get asked about Jesus alot. What has been channeled and seen is that Jesus is a fragment of the higher energy called Sananda. you can read all kinds of stuff on this and their are several channels channeling Sanada now.

So I know I am setting off alarms now with some but my reply to all is hey make your belief a known and go see for your self….

Most feel they need to for some reason, I see this for some reason as a level in soul age and development.

Over my studies now with this and again once you see things first hand in the astral and higher you will “see” what I am talking about. I have seen in the Michael teachings that mature soul levels are more than most religion shifted or feel that are in debt to a deity or something. as the soul ages reaches the very end of its old soul 7th level the only thing it wants at that point is to get back into the entity and get home.

seeing how we are all frags of “Tao or God” energy even Mini Gods, is it necessary to thank yourself? When I connected to my OS, I repeatedly tried to thank the voice I was hearing and it would chuckle and say clearly there is no need to thank yourself. I am not discounting that their is a consciousness in the highest vibration, all I know is that it is beaming love but in a neutral creative way.

Incidentally, Michael normally uses the word Tao in place of God (depending on the beliefs of those listening) because God is usually personified as a judgmental and hierarchical male figure. They may also use the word God to signify the overall consciousness of the manifest universe, as opposed to its source in the dimensionless Tao. In that case, we are each part of both the Tao and God. As microcosmic individuals, we are sparks or units of the Tao experiencing this universe as separate essences. God could be seen as the microcosmic individual, the larger ?chunk? of the Tao who, as a whole, inhabits this universe and experiences the overall expansion and lessons the Tao seeks.

The Tao consists of an infinite number of sparks, or units of consciousness, that are at once wholly unified and individual, like the cells of our body. Some of these sparks are purely potential, and others have experienced varying degrees and kinds of realization in the universe and in the Tao itself.

The Tao is the fundamental creator, and it created the universe to be its ?workshop,? a place where it could manifest and further know itself. The Tao pervades the universe with love, which is the animating force, the fundamental impulse, in all creation. Our spark, being part of the Tao, shares in the Tao?s creativity.

When we created our Essence, we cast or extended ourselves from the Tao into the universe in order to expand the Tao. We explore, experience, and create in order to actualize more of the Tao?s potential and bring back to it a wealth of new knowledge about itself. Since the Tao?s nature is love, what we are really about, ultimately, is expanding love.

Michael is fond of saying that all is choice. Obviously, the choices of other people affect our lives, but we are the primary creators of our experience. Sometimes people complain, ?I didn?t choose to be born.? Although that?s true on the level of personality, which is the creation of our essence, on an inner level we did choose to be born. We are both creator and creation.

You get yourself to Tao level or vibration, you force yourself to the next level, you will not by grace deserve tao vibration you will have earned it by developing into it. again I am not beating folks over the head with this like i did in my past as a preacher, just stating observed and channeled info.

What I have wrote is not a hard case argument but a teaching tool to cause all to think and open your mind to the possibility. If you feel you want to thank a deity then by all means go for it, or thank the universe, sure why not, what makes you feel good? but I will leave you with 1 past thought nugget. Once you attain this level of vibration that is the highest which we are calling Tao or God level and this ye shall attain, will you expect to be thanked or prayed to? just a thought to make you go hmmmmm.

Metaphysics

is the spiritual science of how things are! based on what we know and understand so far; as always some are speculative/Postulate some are based on ancient knowledge and teachings for many thousands of years.

The saying goes there is no new knowledge just that it is forgotten or misunderstood.

Main Stream Science is now slowly catching up with Postulates and no longer at odds with what has been said. Well at least in the cutting edge of science, many things stated 100 years or so by gifted people who channelled Information from higher realms at the time where dismissed and scoffed at, now these spiritual facts are becoming hard science! Proved as correct. Other planets spoke of in the 1800’s buy gifted mediums was termed ridiculous, yet recently Science has now found the planets spoke of and where they were told they were.

In this section subjects are more about the fabric of life, the Seven Rays of Creation, The Inner connections of matter and spiritual underpinnings than about ourselves. Naturally all things cross over, as such I am not going to attempt to put things in boxes.

It’s a deeply complex subject and I will attempt to give some basics and it’s up to you as the reader to accept or not, but with all things I say keep an open mind, make a note of it. Science does not have all the answers in fact many times what they sate as an absolute truth they keep changing as they discover they are wrong.

We live in the 3rd Dimension which we know as physical matter, what many people don’t know is that this world is just another part of the lower astral plane and its inner construction is based on light, sacred geometry and the 7 Rays of life, the only real difference is that it is a very dense level and is hard to manipulate matter (not impossible) What many people do not know is that the next level does not start at an exact point, it interpenetrates into this world, much as water is in a sponge both different and in the same place at the same time. There is a blending all is energy and frequency, energy and matter are interchangeable as stated by Albert Einstein.

The 4th Dimension is where you find discarnate spirits, Nature spirits as well as a host of many other life forms, including Ghosts.

It’s important to learn what planes and sub planes are, without question one day you will be living there, is it not better to know and be prepared for what is ahead of you. Passing to spirit does not make you wise or all knowing, Having Knowledge gives the spirit freedom.
